To ensure you receive quality jewelry without retail markup, we ship your pieces directly from our workshop. This allows us to maintain strict quality control on every single piece of jewelry before it begins its journey to you.

1. Processing Time

Please allow 1 to 3 business days for our team to inspect and package your order.

Note: "Custom" or "Made-to-Order" items may require additional time, which will be noted on the product page.

 

2. Estimated Shipping Times

We partner with premium carriers to get your jewelry to you safely and quickly.

  • United States: 5 – 15 Business Days

  • United Kingdom & Europe: 6 – 15 Business Days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 7 – 15 Business Days

  • Rest of the World: 10 – 25 Business Days

Note: Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary slightly during high-volume periods (like Valentine's Day or Christmas).

 

3. Order Tracking

As soon as your jewelry leaves our workshop, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to update in the carrier's system.

  • You can track your order at any time by visiting our "Track Your Order" page or clicking the link in your email.

 

4. Customs & Duties

  • For US and EU Customers: Orders are shipped with customs duties prepaid. The price you see is the price you pay.

  • For International Customers: While we do our best to minimize costs, international orders may be subject to import taxes or duties charged by your country’s customs office. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

 

5. Shipping Protection

We know how important your jewelry is. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at support@thebrilliantstone.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue or send a replacement free of charge.

 

6. Wrong Address Disclaimer

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately at support@thebrilliantstone.com if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.
