Where do you ship from?
We ship directly from our atelier in Jinhua to your door. By shipping direct (instead of paying for expensive US warehousing), we cut the middleman, not the quality.
How long will my order take?
Because we hand-inspect every piece, please allow 5–25 business days for delivery via tracked shipping. We know you want it fast, but we prefer to send it perfect.
Will I be charged customs/duties?
For US and EU orders the customs duties are prepaid. The price you see is the price you pay.
Is your Gold Vermeil real gold?
Yes. It is Solid 18k Yellow Gold bonded over Solid 925 Sterling Silver.
