We offer free worldwide tracked shipping on all orders. You'll receive your order in estimated 5-15 days after shipment.
Order Processing
- Most packages leave in 1-3 business days after orders are confirmed. Exceptions include customized items, special order items, out-of-stock items or peak days.
- Out-of-stock items require 5-7 business days prior to shipping. Made-to-order items (changing stones, colors, ring size, etc.) require 15-30 business days.
- An email will be sent to you after your order is shipped, with the tracking number enclosed. You can also access the tracking number with a tracking link on the Order Details page when you log into your account.
International orders placed in your local currency usually don't need to pay additional customs/duties, for your order is shipped in an unmarked box with no indication of jewelry on the outside of the box and our packing documents do not indicate any pricing. However, item price or shipping cost doesn't include the import taxes and customs duties that might be incurred at the customs of your country. Please contact us and we will gladly accommodate your requests.
